We are sorry to hear it took a while for you to receive your funds, usually if you close an account before half 2 you will receive your funds by cob the same day as long as it a working day, if after half 2 it will be received the following working day, weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days this may cause a delay if actioned on a non working day. thank you for your review! Hi Kathryn, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. We do allow transfer outs to other providers you simply provide the external ISA provider with your account number that is due to mature and advise of the maturity date so they can request it for when it matures, before the funds do leave our selves it does briefly go into a Matured funds ISA account but this is only so we can then forward the funds on to the external provider as once the ISA matures it is no longer active. our ISA team will provide the new ISA number to the external provider before then transferring the funds over.
