My sincere apologies you were not satisfied with the delivery of your goods. You can change the delivery address before placing the order, unfortunately once the order is placed we are unable to change this. The courier however does send a confirmation email/text providing options for delivery if the address provided is no longer suitable. I will ensure to send the Wella stamps to you in the post today which you should receive shortly. I do hope this experience has not deterred you from shopping online with us in the future.
