Your order took a few days longer as you placed this on our VAT free promotion on 18th May, the standard timescale is 3-5 working days to dispatch, we require the longer delivery period due to the high volume of orders we receive on these promotional days. This should have been confirmed on the day both on the homepage and before you proceeded to the checkout. My sincere apologies if this was not made clear.
