My sincere apologies you did not receive your parcel quickly. I am afraid our VAT free orders are 3-5 working days for delivery. The reason we advise this timescale is to allow our warehouse workers and delivery drivers time to deliver all orders. As we receive such a high volume of orders on a vat free day it is not possible to deliver the next working day. Emma
