The delivery address can be changed before placing the order under your My Account section. Simply click onto View Address Book then Edit to amend any details you wish. My sincere apologies if this was not made clear on our website.

My apologies you were not completely satisfied with the wax heater you purchased. The Hive Neos 200cc heater is quite a small wax heater and holds 0.2 litre capacity. I am afraid some inner wax pots are simply too large however the heater is designed to fill the inner chamber directly with the wax of your choice. I will ensure to email you the full instruction guide for this product.
