Many thanks for your comments; sorry to disappoint you but we do still charge if you change to a sailing which is more expensive, on looking at your booking I can see that there was no price difference in your sailings. Red Funnel

Thank you for your comments regarding the smell onboard. I have forwarded your comments onto the F&B Manager to investigate. We are currently refurbishing the Red Falcon and the ventilation systems will be addressed. Red Funnel

I am glad to hear that you appreciate the change in our pet policy to allow animals into certain areas of our accommodation lounges and we hope to see you again soon. Red Funnel

I am sorry to hear that you where unable to find any seats inside during your recent journey. We are aware that during busy periods seating is at an optimum particularly if the weather is unpleasant, as a large percentage of our seating can be found on the outer decks. We are currently refurbishing the Red Falcon and this includes a change in our accommodation layout, so it will increase the indoor seating by 55%. We then hope to refurbish the other two vessels later this year and next year. Red Funnel
