Ferry i was due to leave on was cancelled due to technical fault. Ok so that is unexpected and these things happen. However, emailed customer service who auto response says ten days to get in touch....

after missing our ferry by 20 minutes due to roadworks on outward bound journey we were looked after and booked on the next ferry staff on the crossing were helpful and pleasant even on the return...

Very easy to board and exit ferry by car plenty of seating in lounges good choice of food and drink if you wish crew very helpful

We travel 3 or 4 times a year and we've never experienced any problems we use the signature lounge which is very good and all of the staff are great and very helpful
