I apologise for the temperature onboard. During discharge and loading operations the ship’s doors to the vehicle decks and passenger gangway are left open to allow safe access and egress to the vehicle decks. Unfortunately this allows the temperature of the cabin to fall. Onboard every sailing we have an Onboard Service Officer, so should you require any assistance whatsoever in the future, please do not hesitate to report it straight away so we can take immediate action for you onboard. Thank you for the feedback, I am sorry to hear there were issues with the toilets onboard your sailing. I have spoken to the Manager onboard and unfortunately they were blocked and the pipes had to be taken off to clear the blockage. I hope this does not deter you from travelling with us. Red Funnel
