Thank you for your comments, we are aware that at times seating can be at an optimum. Thank you for your comments. We are currently refurbishing Red Falcon to increase the indoor seating by 55%. A large percentage of our seating can be found on the outer decks and during unpleasant weather, many guests do not want to venture outside. If the new layout is welcomed by our customers then the other two vessels will also be refurbished later this year and next year. We have recently amended our pet policy and on the Red Eagle it was decided that the upstairs lounge would be the indoor pet area. No hot food is served from this area and all food is covered or wrapped. Red Funnel

Thank you for your comments; during the quieter winter months we run a 2-boat service, this allows for annual maintenance and refits on our vessels. We are currently refitting the Red Falcon which will include a change in the layout of the passenger accommodation, this will increase the indoor seating by 55%, if this is well received then the plan is to do the same with our other two vessels.
