Thank you for your feedback, we are incredibly sorry to hear about your disappointment with the coffee, did you mention this to any of our crew as I am sure they would of been more than happy to of replaced this for you. Onboard every sailing we have an Onboard Service Officer and if you have any issues, then please do not hesitate to report it straight away to them so we can take immediate action for you onboard. Your comments will be passed to the Exec team onboard to ensure all machines are working correctly, do you remember if this was from one of our Steam outlets, and if so which one, or was it from the self-service machines in ReFuel. I hope that this experience does not deter you from travelling with us again.
