We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy about the additional cost involved if you had wanted to extend your stay on the island. The booking you made with us was for a specific 5 night deal which included the pitch and ferry, if you had wanted to stay longer on the island you would of then needed to purchase a single leg for your vehicle. I am sorry if this seems unfair but it is the terms & conditions of the special offer you purchased. We do offer this deal every year, so we hope that you do decide to visit the island and take advantage of this special low rate offer again.
