In my quote, it stated that Special Delivery of £6.50 was included. This turned out not to be the case.
I was also promised a confirmation email of booking, within 24 hours, it ended up taking 3 days.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your booking experience. I have investigated this and found that there was some delay in confirming the booking due to an error in the original booking, but just want to clarify that delivery was included in the final amount paid. We have discussed the booking error with the Sales Consultant concerned to ensure that it does not happen again.
