Our deliveries are made to the nearest accessible external point of the property, which is typically the front door or, where access restrictions apply, kerbside. Drivers are not contracted to enter properties or carry goods beyond the threshold, and on this occasion the delivery was made to the driveway in line with our delivery policy.
