According to our records, we cannot see any communication from you since the carpet was delivered. We take great care in our flooring products, all of which are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If a carpet does not arrive in the condition it should, we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible. We advise our customers to check their flooring before cutting or fitting. If the carpet is in its original state, we can arrange for a collection and replacement or provide a refund.
