Please do let us know about any breakages. Provided you report them within 24 hours of the delivery taking place, we will be happy to replace them for you. We also review all reports of this nature and use this to ensure that product packaging is improved or the person who did the packing gets some additional training! Nisbets Customer Service Team

We recognise that this is an area where we could improve and are currently looking at the best ways of acheiving this using the technology available today. Up until now, we've focussed our efforts on ensuring that the stock is available and we normally have over 97% of required stocks available for delivery as stated. The remaining 3% might be a small number but we know it's the most important one when you're kept in the dark so please bear with us. As for the website, our new platform is being built as we speak and we expect to be able to offer improved functionality with reliability from the middle of next year.
