Thanks for the feedback on the labels. I agree, it’s frustrating when the label does not peel of the product it is stuck to. I have forwarded the feedback to our buying team with the recommendation either to ask the supplier to shrink wrap the rolling pin and stick the label on this or to change the type of sticker they use so that it’s easy to peel off. Sorry to hear about the problems with the plates. Appreciate that you have ordered in advance of the anticipated required date to compensate for any damages incurred during the delivery process. I can see that the plates have since been replaced. We have a fine balance to strike with our packaging: ensuring that products are packaged sufficiently to ensure safe receipt and not to use excessive packaging that has a negative impact on the environment.
