It's pleasing to see that your previous experience with Nisbets has been good, what's not pleasing is to read of your most recent experience. Firstly I have raised a replacement sales order for the broken latte mugs, these should be with you tomorrow. We do our utmost to ensure all items are packaged sufficiently to ensure safe receipt whilst taking the environment into consideration. A search facility is available for our advisors to assist our customer who require information regarding previous purchase history. Your order was placed on our website at 14:40 on Monday 18th October - we delivered it at 12:35 on Tuesday 19th October and it was signed for by a colleague of yours (I've sent you a copy of the POD by email).
