Sorry. It seems we did receive an email from your colleague on 20th October and, as the table had already been used at that point, we offered a goodwill voucher for a nominal amount against a future purchase by way of apology for the cosmetic damage sustained in transit. This offer has now been accepted. It was good to see that the other table was delivered free of any damages and we trust that this matter is now resolved to your satisfaction.
