That said, we do regret that you were not able to take part in the first guest dinner, and for any confusion with regards to breakfast the following morning. Furthermore, we are troubled to hear that the hand over to the cruise did not go as smoothly as you might have hoped. Our Luxury Gold experiences are designed to be elegant and stress-free at all times, and therefore we have passed your comments on to our Operations Department to ensure that this is definitively the case going forward. With regards to your proposal for your Travelling Concierge to provide more options and suggestions for our guests’ leisure time, we will certainly consider it in our future guided holidays. We hope you have taken many lasting highlights from your time with us in Canada, and look forward to welcoming you again on another trip with us soon.

We are happy to learn that for the most part you had a memorable guided vacation discovering the Rockies with Luxury Gold. Our guests’ positive experience is, and always has been, our top priority. It is for this reason that we regret to know that there were certain aspects that you felt could have been better organised and run more smoothly. We are in touch with the Travel Director’s Manager to see about how we can improve in this area. With regards to the farewell letter, we are currently looking into this, and if possible will send it to you as soon as possible. With that in mind, hopefully we will have the chance to restore your impression of our Luxury Gold experiences in the future.
