We are pleased to hear that the customer service, along with your Travel Director and Coach Driver, met such a high standard throughout the trip. We note your comments regarding the included dining, particularly the variation in quality between the meals at Caragh, Liverpool and the Mill and the remaining hotel-based meals, as well as your observations on selection, preparation and beverage offerings. We take these points seriously, as premium dining is an important part of what we aim to deliver, and we appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention so that it may be reviewed accordingly. We also note your comments regarding the pacing of the itinerary and the amount of time spent travelling given the number of locations covered. Your observations about lunch stops competing with time to explore, particularly in places such as Grasmere and Donegal, and the balance of time allocated at Portree versus other areas of Skye, are genuinely helpful, as is your suggestion regarding opportunities to walk and explore in locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Glencoe, the Ring of Kerry and Dartmoor rather than stopping only briefly for photographs.
