Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We strive to have Wi-Fi on board for all of our coaches. We contract vehicles within Europe, the USA and Canada to have Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi on coaches is only suitable for texting and scrolling through email and not for streaming videos or anything requiring larger bandwidth. We understand there may have been confusion regarding the Travel Director's comments about optional gratuities. Please know that tipping and our Travel Directors typically explain the gratuity process and suggest appropriate amounts to guests based on past feedback. However, we will review how this information is presented to ensure that it is respectful and appropriate in tone. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
