We are pleased to hear that the hotels, breakfast buffets, and coach travel met your expectations, and that the porterage service and the assistance provided during booking, particularly regarding flights and arrangements, proved so helpful. We note your comments regarding the arrival instructions for the start of the trip and the wait experienced before finding transport to the hotel, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us identify where communication can be improved. It is also useful to know that further time in Anchorage would have been welcome. We are pleased that the many Optional Excursions and experiences, from the UTV adventure and the train journey to Denali, to the jet boat, flightseeing, wildlife touring, the Whittier boat trip and the dog sledging and farm visits, contributed to such a memorable trip overall.
