Insight Vacations Reviews

Thank you for such a considered and generous review. We are pleased to learn that you found the tour so well organised and that the coach journeys, the Optional Excursions with Local Guides and the support of our Travel Director made the trip so enjoyable. It is particularly encouraging to hear that your driver made you feel safe throughout, and that your Travel Director took such care to assist when your travelling companion was troubled by a knee injury, while remaining respectful and patient with the whole group. We also note your interest in seeing more of Portugal, including Porto, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

Thank you for such a detailed and generous review, and for your continued loyalty to Insight Vacations. We are pleased to learn that you valued the personal service of your Travel Director, from the guidance given before departure to the reminders and extra hotel nights arranged on your behalf. It is also encouraging to hear that the countryside, the architecture and the history of the region made such a strong impression on you. We appreciate your kind remarks about your Travel Director, whose daily explanations, historical commentary and personal attention helped the group to understand the story of the former Yugoslavia and made everyone feel valued, including those who were unwell. Your praise for the Coach Driver, who handled the winding roads so safely, is equally welcome, and we will ensure that your comments are passed on to both of them. It is especially rewarding to know that the home-cooked meal with a family in Sarajevo and the visits to long-established family properties stood out, as these encounters are central to what we hope to offer. We were sorry to learn that the hotel in Ljubljana did not match the standard of the other accommodation, and we will share this with our Operations Department. Thank you for your recommendation to friends, and we look forward to welcoming you on your next journey.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to learn that you found the Italian Escapades trip so rewarding, and that it was so well organised and comfortable. It is particularly encouraging to hear that our Travel Director paid such close attention to every detail, including individual preferences and food allergies, and that your Coach Driver made you feel safe throughout. We will ensure that your kind words are shared with both of them, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in future.
