It would appear that as your order was placed at the very end of the bare root season your delivery will not be able to take place until the next bare root season (November). All of the bare roots have now been removed from the site and I apologise that this situation has arisen. We can of course refund you in full, allowing you to re-order later in the year if you would prefer? Please do let me know if you would prefer that we arranged this for you. We do review these processes regularly and I will be discussing this case with our despatch manager at the next review. In addition I will be speaking with the customer service manager in regard to refreshing our team about the importance of excellent customer service.
