Thank you for your valuable feedback. I am sorry to hear that your plants were not packed in an acceptable manner. We do review these processes regularly and I will be discussing this case with our despatch manager at the next review. Obviously should you have any problem with the establishment of your plants I will be happy to refund or replace as required. In regard to the size and damage of the plants could you provide us with a little more detail please, helpdesk@hedgesdirect.co.uk with photographs of the damaged/undersized plants we will of course be able to arrange a refund. All of our deliveries are sent no signature required to ensure our customers do not have to wait in for delivery, this should have been made clear in the confirmation email, but I will check on this and thank you for bringing it to my attention.
