Thank you for your feedback. Japanese Holly does tend to form a good bushy hedge and I am surprised to hear that the plants you have been sent are not bushy now. The after sales services has been very poor indeed. I will never order from them…

I have used four other companies in the past three months. I have bought a variety of hedging plants and trees - we have a large garden. With the exception of Hedges Direct, all the gardening companies have provided good service and excellent after service. None of the other companies sent "faulty" goods. Let alone a plant that was clearly split. Or ones that carried vine weevil! That tells you my opinion of Hedges Direct.
