Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your plants were damaged in transit - we do occasionally get problems with the rough handling of plants and I will be reviewing this with the despatch manager prior to his next meeting with our couriers. Additionally I am sorry that your plants were undersized. If you can send us a photograph of the plants we will happily refund you the difference in the size down.
