All went well booking online had several choices just clicked on the option l needed and paid on line confirmation and E-tickets within minutes was able to book parking shortly afterwards

It seems that in this case, the agent has not updated his system - thus, he has not seen the updated flight/ticket prices. Flight tickets fluctuate often and we try our best to advice our Agents to constantly refresh their systems often. Your feedback has been taken very seriously though and will be passed on to the head of department.
With regards to your tip on getting an online reference number: we do highly recommend this too! We often encourage our customers who find their quotes on our website to keep the web reference number they see so we can easily trace the flight times, date and fare price when they give us a call to get more details.
