Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are extemely sorry to hear about the inconvenience that you faced after booking your flights with us.
We were trying to reach out to you and check if you were aware that the tickets booked on your reservation were with a hand baggage only. In case you needed baggage, you could purchase it with us prior to ticket issuance, or directly with the airline once the tickets are issued. We understand that the incessant calls made you uncomfortable and would like to offer our sincere apologies for that.
This was not an up-sell on our behalf - more so as an extension of customer service so that you are fully aware about the limitations of the fare offered for your reservation.
We shall pass on this feedback to our reservations and website development team so that the customers are informed in advance about the baggage information in a more concise and clear manner.

Glad we could offer you the best price for your trip! Yes unfortunately our system is not connected to the airline's seat booking system that's why this option is not available. What we could do for you though is to put in a seat request to the airline. Please do get in touch with us by sending us an email to socialmedia@globehunters.com with your seat preference (aisle or window?). We cannot guarantee that the airline will heed to our request but we can at least try for you.
