This might be a one-off incident since online check-in with Air Canada is always available for our customers. However, there can be instances where in they don't allow online check-in and has to be done at the airport - these circumstances change according to the airline and flight.

I have checked our systems and it seems that we have already send you your daughters ticket. Apologies for the delay as there were issues with the Global Distribution System on the 23rd so we only got the ticket on the 25th (which was already sent to you).

Thank you yes. After waiting for 2 days it was sorted, looking forward to my trip. Only thing that can still happen is when ringing globe hunters that worker introduce themselves and actually state that it is globe hunters on the phone.
Will use this again though.
