We would like to apologize for all the confusion and inconvenience that was caused to you, along with unnecessary tension and stress regarding your travel plans. In hindsight, we would have preferred that this matter should have been resolved in a much more seamless and controlled manner or rather that it never should have got you worried in the first place.
We always try to make sure that our customers are kept abreast with progress/update regarding their reservations made with us and we always try to get in touch with them if there are any issues in processing a reservation. Meals and baggage were always included on your reservation, and it was due to clerical error that things mixed up and we ended up giving incorrect information on our behalf. We are extremely sorry about this and the appropriate has been shared with our team-mates regarding the error.
We would be more than happy to assist you in any way we can.
