We are extremely sorry to hear about the inconvenience that you faced after booking your flights with us.
We were trying to reach out to check if you were aware that the tickets booked on your reservation were with hand baggage only. In case you needed checked-in baggage, you could purchase it with us prior to ticket issuance, or directly with the airline once the tickets are issued. You could also book it with the airline once you get to the airport. The latter might be a bit dearer than what we have quoted.
This was not an up-sell on our behalf - more so as an extension of customer service so that you are fully aware about the limitations of the fare offered for your reservation.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
