We are very sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience and we regret any inconvenience these issues might have brought to you. This is certainly not the level of customer service and user experience that we expect for our clients. We have investigated this and found that it was a last-minute cancellation by the airline. Unfortunately, the Schedule Change Department confirmed that no communication was conveyed to us by the supplier or Airline. Therefore, you have not been notified of any changes or cancellations. If we would have been given any advisory of flight changes/cancellation from the airline/supplier, we always make sure the information is passed to our passenger as soon as possible. Again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the schedule change. Relevant departments have now been informed about this issue and are now investigating to make sure it won't happen again. We will investigate this with our supplier and try to obtain any further information in regards to the missing advisory of the scheduled change.

We are very sorry to hear that you've had a less than satisfactory experience with Globehunters. Date Change penalty fees may apply depending on the original fare rules. In addition to the change penalty fees, the applicable fare difference will be charged if and when the originally purchased fare is not available for the new flights. We apologise that the date change fee quoted did not meet your expectations. Please bear in mind that the penalty fees are not issued by us, but by the Airlines themselves.
