Recently, many airlines have introduced cheaper but more restrictive economy fares for their long haul flights. These cheaper restrictive fares don’t include the free checked-in baggage allowance. Any non-baggage fare flight listed on our website does have the information listed under the "More Information" section which passengers can check before confirming their purchase. We would like to apologize again for the issue that has cropped up, but as a travel agency, our options are limited as our website picks up the lowest fare available and then provides it to the passenger who searches for it.
