If your feedback is with regards to the cancellation/date change request you queried with us, then we are sorry to remind you that the ticket is non-refundable and non-changeable. As it is booked on a 'Basic Economy Fare', your ticket is non-flexible and has certain restrictions.
These rules and restrictions are made by the airline. As a Travel Agent, Globehunters cannot override this and are bound by it. We are sorry we were unable to assist you this time with your date change/cancellation request.

If your concern is in relation to the check-in baggage, information related to is transparently listed on our website (under 'More Information' on each flight listed). Passengers can check if luggage is included or not for their selected flight before making their purchase.
If any fare listed on our website does not include a check-in luggage allowance, passengers have an option to call us and get the quote for check-in luggage. Moreover, if we receive any booking without check-in luggage, we always get in touch and check for their baggage requirement and quote the difference in the new fare with check-in baggage.
Unfortunately, flight fares are dynamic and always have a limited time frame in which each ticket needs to be issued. This time frame is given by the airline, not us. Therefore, we always make sure that all our passengers complete the payment before the fare "expires" and avoid making a new booking with higher fares.
