Thank you for sharing your feedback & please accept our sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory experience you had with Globehunters. Upon investigating the details of your reservation, the flights you had booked initially were on a Basic Economy Fare that doesn't include any free check-in luggage on your flights. As a general rule, before issuing the tickets with these restrictions, we always contact the passenger to let them know and check their baggage requirements. Therefore, you have been contacted by one of our colleagues had advised you on the cost to upgrade the reservation from Basic Economy to a Standard Economy fare - which includes the free check-in luggage allowance. Luckily, our Ticketing Department was able to secure Standard Economy Fares which were just released by the Airline. As a gesture of goodwill, we have upgraded your ticket at no extra cost. Unfortunately, our colleague has not been updated that the upgrade was done so he got in touch with you. Again, if the reservation would have been processed as is was issued with the same fare booked originally by yourself, the airline would have seen the booking with no check-in luggage in the reservation. We hope the above explanation would clarify your doubts. Again apologies for any inconvenience caused.
