HI Mavyreen ,yes only the surname was not included , and due that I was asked to pay 150 pounds for the addition ,which i couldn't afford so i had no choice .but to re request for a cancellation ,and for a cancellation so i had to pay 45 pounds .Which i was very disappointed

I searched for the flight on Kayak platform, and your price also showed up . My details search was with 2 checking luggage SSP, after payment your receipt show that 2 checking luggage was not included and this was Virgin Atlantic ticket from London to Lagos Nigeria. Even your website is not in any way clear or stated otherwise order than your terms and conditions. For me I will not buy ticket from you again or encourage peppy to patronise you.

Whilst I thank you for responding, your reply is misleading. I checked with each of the airlines involved and they all confirmed their baggage allowances and that they were included free of charge.
Granted that the allowances were free of charge, how is it that you charged for each leg of the trip ie. 6 x £40 or £320? This is just profiteering.
How is that each leg miraculously was the exact same amount of £40? What an amazing coincidence! It is insulting to try and hoodwink people with such a transparent money-grab.
Your competitors were £43 more than your advertised price and that 100% included baggage allowance. I suggest that you deduct £43 from the amount I was forcibly charged, and refund me the difference of £277.
Hiding behind poorly visible information online is a lame excuse and a reflection of the poor attitude Globehunters clearly have to your clients.

I believe this firm is fundamentally dishonest. They offer prices which simply don’t exist. Once they have your money, they call you saying there was an erro, but refuse a refund. Avoid at all costs
