We have been investigating your case internally and as we have been informed from our customer service team, thatyou initially entered incorrect name while booking online. We tried to help by contacting the supplier to get the name corrected - but since there are two airlines involved and its a change of complete surname - they have refused to do that. Hi! We have been investigating your case internally and as we have been informed from our customer service team, thatyou booking with KLM to Bangkok failed and the available flight was with loss of approx 3k. We offered alternative date at no extra cost but you requested to book one way flight with Emirates. We took confirmation from you and refunded the difference in the prise within 2 days.
