Always read the terms and conditions as some airlines to do not include luggage with these deals so you have to pay extra!!!!

Hi, the issue with my experience isn't related to the baggage not being included.
I knew that when I booked.
The issue is that your staff was trying to upsell in anaggressive way, and using blatant lies to try and persuade me to buy baggage on the phone compared to further down - ie. the claim airlines would charge £20-30 per kg if I purchased checked luggage closer to the departure date.
I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone.

The problem is not that baggage is not included it's that someone called me up to offer extra baggage at a significantly greater cost than if I contacted the airline directly. Also baggage was included in my case, so the operator straight up lied to get more money. I'm not pursuing the case further because this seems to be your operating model - I really doubt some rogue minimum wage worker is calling people up without the approval of higher ups. I just wanted to write this review so that potential customers (marks?) are aware that your company is a scam.
