The staff was excellent to deal with but none of the financial institutes will accept the Epic card...I have no access to the cash

Thank you for being an awesome customer and am sorry you are having difficulties with the Epic MasterCard. The Epic card can be accessed though any ATM with the use of your PIN # and you will be able to remove the funds that way and its simple, safe and easy!
