Thank you for your prompt response. Sadly, the plant is still looking very unwell and in spite of my best efforts I don’t think it will survive. This is doubly disappointing as it was bought to mark the resting place of my beloved cat who died recently ☹️

I really appreciate your prompt attention and the attempt to resolve things by sending a replacement. The replacement plant arrived today after 5 days in transit and I regret to report that it has arrived in even sorrier condition than the original. Rather than try again, I would appreciate it if you could arrange a refund. I can send you a photo of the plant if you want. I think the problem may lie with the length of time the plants were in transit - 6 days with the first and 5 with the second.
