Very poor indeed. It says Free returns. But in fact this turns out to mean free return if you take the item to a store in person! No free postal returns at all. And very costly postage too… £6.95 to...

All of our information online and within the shipment details states that we do not cover the cost of returns. Or items can be returned to our London stores or warehouse and this is free of charge in this instance. Sadly due to ever increasing courier costs we have to apply these charges. We do offer free delivery over a spend of £150 or again you can click and collect from our London stores or warehouse. If our phone lines are busy you can reach out to us via Live Chat.
