Dear Customer, As you know we reached out to you on the phone as soon as the error was brought to our attention and followed up with emails to offer our sincere apologies that on this occasion the system did not select the correct 2man courier service you had picked. This was a genuine system error that was corrected immediately by our IT team. Within this 24hour period yourself and one other customer were affected and we compensated both yourself and the other customer for the inconvenience caused. We fully appreciate that this caused distress at the time of delivery. We adhere to giving the best possible service, however things can sometimes gone wrong. We accepted a mistake had been made on our system and reacted quickly to amend this. Kind Regards Debbie
