With ever increasing courier costs we subsidise our delivery charges as much as possible to pass onto our customers. Hi Penny, Olga sent a screen shot of the full label including the bar code to you last Thursday. I can see the email chain and the UPS label in that email so all you need to do is print from that email. She replied to the same email chain you were in conversation with her.
