Great customer care
Been banking with them since I was 15 and never had any issues. Just so easy and always friendly when I need to go in. Would recommend to anyone.

Got email Saturday on how to log into internet banking, tried several times Saturday, Several times Sunday with no success. Contacted Carlisle main office today to be told account would not be ready...

Unfortunately my telephone number was recorded incorrectly and for 3 days I could not get a temporary access code to open my internet account. Fortunately a customer advisor spotted the mistake.
