Specifically with respect to your comments about when you are able to transfer money using our mobile banking app, whilst this does allow you to transfer money to other Cumberland accounts at anytime and to accounts elsewhere using the Paym service at anytime, I have passed on your comments about the current restrictions to the management team responsible for this service.

I'm sorry that you are unhappy about our charges for transferring money overseas, however our charges not only reflect those that are passed on to us by our bankers for providing this service, but are also competitive when compared to similar charges levied by other banks and building societies for for providing these types of services.
