I have reviewed this with the Assistant Branch Manager of our Whitehaven branch and understand that we have already provided a full response to explain why business related transactions have to be processed via business rather than personal accounts. In light of the facilities you needed and already had in relation to the new business current account, on this occasion there was no additional correspondence that needed to be sent you once the account was opened.
With respect to the blue balloon that you refer to, please could you explain where this is appearing and I will then be happy to investigate this further for you.
