Costsaver Reviews

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and appreciative review. We are delighted to learn that your Travel Director guided the group with such professionalism and evident care, and that his knowledge and explanations, particularly at Sacsayhuaman, were so valued. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to him. We are also pleased that you found the itinerary excellent, and that the sequence of arriving in Lima before the more demanding days at altitude allowed for a comfortable period of acclimatisation. Your suggestion that more time be allowed at Sacsayhuaman, in place of the stop at the empanada shop, is a helpful one, and we shall share it with the Operations Department so that the balance of the schedule may be given careful consideration. We hope that we may have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future. Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and appreciative review. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that this tour fell so far short of your expectations, particularly as a guest who has travelled with us on several previous occasions. We regret that you felt a lack of care was shown towards the group, and that you were disappointed by the experience of your Travel Director and Coach Driver, and by hotels that you found to be in unsuitable areas and a considerable distance from the destinations you had chosen to visit. We also regret that you have not yet received a reply to your complaint. We can confirm that we have received your email, and we will respond in due course. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.

It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the tour fantastic and adventurous, and that your Coach Driver and Travel Director made such a strong impression through their knowledge, helpfulness and good humour. We are also pleased that you found the hotels so agreeable. We appreciate your practical suggestions regarding the number of Optional Excursions in a single day and the provision of a porter for luggage. Both are helpful observations, and we shall share them with our Operations Department so that they may be considered carefully. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found your Travel Director and Coach Driver so polite, helpful, approachable and professional. We are sorry that the cost of the Optional Excursions made the overall price of the tour higher than you had anticipated, and that you were unable to enter the Sagrada Familia, which we appreciate would have been a highlight for many guests. Your comments are a helpful reminder of the importance of presenting the full cost of the tour clearly, and we shall share them with our Operations Department so that they may be considered carefully. Thank you again for your feedback, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
