Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that this tour fell so far short of your expectations, particularly as a guest who has travelled with us on several previous occasions. We regret that you felt a lack of care was shown towards the group, and that you were disappointed by the experience of your Travel Director and Coach Driver, and by hotels that you found to be in unsuitable areas and a considerable distance from the destinations you had chosen to visit. We also regret that you have not yet received a reply to your complaint. We can confirm that we have received your email, and we will respond in due course. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us in the future.

It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found your Travel Director and Coach Driver so polite, helpful, approachable and professional. We are sorry that the cost of the Optional Excursions made the overall price of the tour higher than you had anticipated, and that you were unable to enter the Sagrada Familia, which we appreciate would have been a highlight for many guests.
