We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the dinners and breakfasts provided, and that you found our Coach Driver to be helpful during the trip. We are, however, very sorry to learn of the issues you experienced with the hotels, including the lack of water at Holiday Inn Brentford Lock and the condition of some rooms in Glasgow. We understand how unpleasant this must have been and we have shared your comments with our team to ensure they are reviewed with our accommodation partners. We are also sorry to hear that you were unwell during the tour and recognise the challenges posed when travelling in close quarters, especially when others were coughing or unwell. Your health and safety are very important to us. Regarding the difficulties you encountered with local transport and taxis, we apologise for the inconvenience and understand how frustrating this must have been. While our tour drivers do their utmost to assist, certain services such as private taxi fares or ride-hailing app charges are outside of their control. We appreciate your detailed feedback as it helps us to improve both our operations and the experiences of future travellers. Despite the challenges you encountered, we hope there were enjoyable moments on your tour and that you were able to experience some of the highlights of Britain and Ireland.
